During a joint meeting, CAF and the LOC reviewed progress in several key operational areas relating to media services. This included updates on the state-of-the-art Main Media Centre in Rabat, which will serve as the central hub for all accredited media throughout the tournament.
The LOC presented an update on the e-Visa process for media through the YALLA App, outlining strengthened measures to ensure priority assistance for media applicants. A dedicated hotline has launched for accredited media to provide YALLA App assistance.
A dedicated media service WhatsApp hotline has been made available by the LOC including a dedicated email service for media. The details of the WhatsApp mobile and email will be sent to accredited media tonight.
The YALLA App serves as the official digital platform for managing key services for fans, officials, and media, including visa applications, Fan ID and Ticketing and Access information.
This service is designed to ensure that all media professionals covering the TotalEnergies AFCON Morocco 2025 can complete mandatory digital procedures smoothly and well in advance of their travel.
CAF and the LOC strongly encourage accredited media to take advantage of the hotline service and begin their visa processes early to ensure timely support throughout.
