Westfield senior Mackenzie Schumaker, seated middle, has committed to Buffalo State College to continue her education and softball career. Mackenzie is a five-year starter on the varsity softball team where she has played an integral role in the team’s success. A three-time sectional champion, three-time first-team all-star selection and an All-Western New York honorable-mention choice, Mackenzie has become a respected leader on the team through her hard work and dedication to the sport. Her versatility on the field has proven to be one of her biggest strengths. Joining Mackenzie as she signs her of letter of intent, seated from the left, are Matthew Schumaker, Carrie Schumaker and Matt Schumaker.
