Two women arrested for shoplifting in separate cases Sarah Jean Davis, 48, of 823 W. Third St, has been charged with felony shoplifting for stealing $107 worth of merchandise from the Weis Market, 305 River Ave. in Loyalsock Township, on Nov. 21, state police alleged in an affidavit. This was at least her third shoplifting arrest, police said.
