Two women arrested for shoplifting in separate cases Sarah Jean Davis, 48, of 823 W. Third St, has been charged with felony shoplifting for stealing $107 worth of merchandise from the Weis Market, 305 River Ave. in Loyalsock Township, on Nov. 21, state police alleged in an affidavit.
